A handsome stead casting a long shadow.

This horse is so majestic, standing so tall. But not his royal majesty, as he/she poses so well, looking happy at posing for their friend to photograph. A wonderful animal with a wonderful shadow!

O what a handsome character! Love how he stands in a misty fall of light while the shadows play around him!

He's looking at us quite expectantly - as if we're supposed to offer an apple or sugarcube. :)

This looks like one inquisitive horse!

BOOKISH SHADOWS

Darksome shadows in my path,
You are not the Grapes of Wrath;

And yet when I hear your hums,
Something Wicked This Way Comes!

May your darkness turn to light
Like The House of Mirth, all right?

May all sadness drift away—
Send Lolita here to play!
