My sister lived with and suffered daily with Fibromyalgia...and this was back before there was a definitive diagnosis and not much in the way of medications. I am so glad you are able to get our and about and do so much. You picture this week is lovely. I love the ripples in the water...the duck looks so happy and content. Hope you have a nice weekend...it is almost here. genie ps...I love the title of your blog :-)
