Beautiful. I hope you fared well during Irene and this is what it looks like today in Point Pleasant and isn't a memory...... wishing you well.

Your world looks so tranquil after all the excitement. I do hope your patch stayed safe.

We don't live close to the beach. About 45 minutes away. However, we made out well with the exception of 11 hours without power.

So glad you were okay, Antonette. I was thinking about you.
Gorgeous photos, even if that first shot does look like part of the breakwater got broken by Irene.

Hi there - good to see that you came through the storm OK - I like the angular "rocks" in the first picture - they look like teeth!

These aren't after Irene shots. The jetty is man made and always looks like that.

Nice shots, so that first one of the higgledy-piggledy 'shapes' is part of the jetty...it looks like a miniature Giant's Causeway gone wrong! If you've seen photo's of the latter, at the Northern tip of Ireland, you'll know it is a natural formation of rock that looks like hexagonal pillars stacked on end close together.

Hello,
Everything is caught clearly by your camera. The second one is my favorite. The buildings stretching on the left side makes me feel extent.Conposition is great.
Thank you for sharing.
