What's Your Name's Hidden Meaning?
You Are Bold and Fearless |
![]() You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection. You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive. You have the classic "Type A" personality. You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people. You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts. You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals. You are a seeker. You often find yourself restless - and you have a lot of questions about life. You tend to travel often, to fairly random locations. You're most comfortable when you're far away from home. You are quite passionate and easily tempted. Your impulses sometimes get you into trouble. You are well rounded, with a complete perspective on life. You are solid and dependable. You are loyal, and people can count on you. At times, you can be a bit too serious. You tend to put too much pressure on yourself. You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone. You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together. At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together. |
Another Horse Carcass Found in Miami-Dade Stable
It's an all too frequent sight for horse owners in Miami-Dade County.
A once frolicking animal found, tied to a post with its throat sliced and evidence of chunks of flesh carved out. The 20th slaughtered horse was found Wednesday near a home in rural Miami-Dade, leaving police and horse owners still wondering who could pull off such heinous acts.
The most recent victim, Kinkisi, was found with two of its legs chopped off.
"A thief in the night snuck in, took this horse out of its stall, slaughtered it by slashing its throat," said Jeanette Gordon, president of the South Florida Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. She has arrived to see the aftermath of many of the bloody scenes. Read the rest of this awful story here.

This is why I hate people
PHILADELPHIA - The Pennsylvania SPCA is on the hunt to find whoever wrapped a cat in duct tape and dumped the feline in a yard in North Philadelphia.
A woman found the cat on the 2200 block of Edgley Street in the city's Rhawnhurst section Tuesday afternoon.
The tape was wrapped around the cat from her tail to her neck. The SPCA says the cat, who is about a year or two old, is doing well now that the tape has been removed.
The SPCA is offering a $1000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
If you know anything, you're asked to call the SPCA’s Cruelty Hotline at 1-866-601-7722.

You dirty rat
By Beth Hale
It's not so much snatching victory from the jaws of defeat as dinner from the jaws of danger.
But even the imposing presence of an adult leopard at feeding time is not enough to get between plucky young Rattus Norvegicus (better known as the brown rat) and a free meal.
Read more here. The pictures are priceless!

Amazing Aquarium
This video is so clear! This is the 2nd largest in the world. The largest is in Atlanta, Georgia. I will put a video of it within a couple of days.
Yes, those are Whale Sharks you see. And yes you are seeing scuba divers in the tank with all of those creatures. Amazing, isn't it? I would love to be in that tank with them!!

Patrick Swayze dies at 57
LOS ANGELES – Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with "Ghost," died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.
"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," said a statement released Monday evening by his publicist, Annett Wolf. No other details were given.
Fans of the actor were saddened to learn in March 2008 that Swayze was suffering from a particularly deadly form of cancer.
He had kept working despite the diagnosis, putting together a memoir with his wife and shooting "The Beast," an A&E drama series for which he had already made the pilot. It drew a respectable 1.3 million viewers when the 13 episodes ran in 2009, but A&E said it had reluctantly decided not to renew it for a second season.
Swayze said he opted not to use painkilling drugs while making "The Beast" because they would have taken the edge off his performance. He acknowledged that time might be running out given the grim nature of the disease.

Kanye West Is An Ass!
Taylor Swift was relishing her unlikely win of best female video at the MTV Video Music Awards. The 19-year-old knew that the network doesn't exactly make a habit out of giving their moonman trophies to country music stars.
"I was standing on the stage and I was really excited because I had just won the award," Swift said after Sunday's show at Radio City Music Hall. "And then I was really excited because Kanye West was on the stage. And then I wasn't so excited anymore after that."
Grabbing the microphone, the rapper protested Swift's selection and announced that Beyonce, also nominated, should have won because her "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" was "one of the best videos of all time."
As he had numerous times before, West made sure an awards show spotlight shone on him.
A stunned Swift staggered and didn't get to finish her acceptance speech. The crowd booed West, who shortly after was asked to leave the show and left the building.
But Swift, who won for her video "You Belong With Me," got a chance to recapture her time in the spotlight. Toward the end of the evening, when Beyonce won video of the year for "Single Ladies," the pop star promptly invited Swift out on stage to properly "have her moment."
"They told me to stand by the side of the stage," Swift said. "I didn't really know what was going to go down, but I thought it was so wonderful and gracious of her to do what she's always done.
"I thought that I couldn't love Beyonce more and then tonight happened."
West later apologized on his blog to Swift, her fans and her mother.
(yeah, whatever.Too little too late I say)

Silence Every Where – It Hurts
by Susie Ziegler
When i am in pain or scared,
I don’t know what to do but run
to a corner and hide and cry,
when i need help,
I call no one hears me,
all i hear are voices like
I am forgotten,or invisible,
my only safety i feel is in a
corner by my self,
I can feel comfortable and
not be judged for my appearance,
or my body, I can’t look in the mirror
anymore either it too lies,
I hear echoes of my screams and cries
It keeps going deeper and deeper
inside me,
Why can’t anyone hear my cry!
When i am in pain or scared,
I don’t know what to do but run
to a corner and hide and cry,
when i need help,
I call no one hears me,
all i hear are voices like
I am forgotten,or invisible,
my only safety i feel is in a
corner by my self,
I can feel comfortable and
not be judged for my appearance,
or my body, I can’t look in the mirror
anymore either it too lies,
I hear echoes of my screams and cries
It keeps going deeper and deeper
inside me,
Why can’t anyone hear my cry!
